and participated in the Workshop presented by David Beverly, a member of the New Jersey  Judiciary Organizational Development and Training Department, focusing on: "Checking Your Assumptions - How we perceive  people is based on our life  experiences" -- this program provided an interactive way to safely explore  where our assumptions come from and how to "check them" when interacting  with others.

State Bar Association – the topic of discussion was the availability of “specific performance” as a remedy for breach of a contract, and the benefits of mediating real estate and intellectual property rights disputes.
11/4&5/05 Paul G. Kostro, Esq. participated in The First Joint Symposium Of The Conflict Resolution Community, held at the NYS Judicial Institute at the Pace Law School in White Plains, N.Y. Forrest “Woody” Mosten focused his two day presentation on Mediation Skills & Practice. The Symposium was sponsored by the Coalition of NYS Conflict Resolution Organizations (CoNYSCRO); which is made up of: (1) the Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater N.Y.; (2) the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts (N.Y. Chapter); (3) the Family & Divorce Mediation Council of Greater N.Y.; (4) the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation; and (5) the NYS Dispute Resolution Association.
